This week, IWM is spotlighting the incredible ministry of Dr. Linda Balugo, who is making a significant impact on the poorest of the poor in the Philippines. Last year, Michele Degarmo from our team traveled to witness this life-changing work firsthand, gaining invaluable insights into what it truly takes to conduct a medical mission in this beautiful yet impoverished land of many islands.
Dr. Linda recently shared her report, outlining her efforts in Muslim communities where the gospel is touching hearts in ways that only compassionate medical care can facilitate. The PGA team engaged in one-on-one evangelism, delivered essential pediatric care, and opened the door for the Gospel in areas where it is seldom shared.
Along with healing the sick, they supported local schoolchildren by distributing backpacks, medicine, and Christmas gifts. The year 2024 has certainly been a remarkable year of ministry for PGA, and with your support, we can further expand this vital work.
