IWM will wipe the tears of our sisters until Jesus comes back to wipe away all tears!
“For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.” Revelations 7:17
The VISION of International Women’s Ministry is to EMPOWER women around the globe through the wiping of their tears. We create life-changing opportunities to inspire women to seek Him continually, serve Him faithfully, and share Him boldly. Mark 16:15, Isaiah 52:7
The MISSION of IWM is to WIPE THE TEARS OF OUR SISTERS that work in difficult mission fields. We go to help women see the freedom and deliverance God brings through teaching, training, and equipping. We use our gifts to engage women to live a life fully surrendered to God so that they will advance the saving work of the Gospel to reach the unreached for Jesus Christ. Eph. 4:12
We are dedicated to realizing our vision by fostering a sense of community and empowerment among women worldwide. We understand that to create meaningful change, it is essential to provide platforms for women to connect, share knowledge, and inspire each other. Therefore, we employ various methods such as local and global conferences, small groups, and events to bring women together and facilitate their growth.
Autumn Nims is the founder of International Women’s Ministries. For Autumn, “Missions is a lifestyle, not a one-time event.” Because women wiped her tears, she values each opportunity to wipe the tears (and help other women learn how to wipe the tears) of hurting women who are serving as missionaries in various parts of the world. Autumn holds credentials in the Church of God and studied pastoral ministry and Christian leadership at Lee University. She has served in many ministry roles in the body of Christ, including church ministry. She finds great satisfaction as a licensed personal coach and church consultant. Her favorite verse, and the one she holds onto as both an instruction and a promise, is, “Be still and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations; I will be exalted in the earth” (Psalm 46:10).
