Martha gets Medical Care

A praise report from Uganda! Thanks to generous donors, this little girl is receiving much-needed care. Ten-year-old Martha has been unwell for a long time, showing various symptoms. Emmanuel Wamala, a missionary in Uganda, reports:

“Our school nurse has been treating Martha for two months and two weeks now with different medications. However, she improves and then falls ill again, experiencing complications such as abdominal bloating, constipation, dysphonia, chest pains, and breathing difficulties. Just today, she came in complaining of the same symptoms. Our school nurse has referred her to a larger hospital to see specialist doctors and undergo further tests. Martha has been suffering from constipation (obstructed defecation or tenesmus) for the past seven days and is in great pain right now. We kindly ask for your prayers and support to help us take Martha to a larger hospital. Please consider joining us in our efforts to save her life.”

**UPDATE** Praise the Lord! Thanks to generous donors, funds were provided for Martha to undergo further testing to determine her health issues. Please pray for this sweet orphan as she receives the much-needed medical care. Jehovah Jireh is her provider!
